The closing date remains 12 March 2020 at 3:00 PM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S-20-Q-0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This acquisition is set aside for Small business. The NAICS code is 812332 and the SBA size standard is $41.5M. The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award the contractor who provides the best value for meeting the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The anticipated award date is 27 March 2020. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for contract award must submit their company's capabilities to meet the PWS requirements (attached), provide a firm fixed price quote based on the CLINs below. Past performance questionnaires (attached) must be submitted by firms for which the service was rendered. Past performance questionnaires submitted by the interested parties will not be considered.
