The solicitation has been amended to include a revised RFQ and vendor question-and-answer document. This requirement is currently unfunded, so vendor quote efforts are at the vendor’s own risk with no remuneration, and award can only be made if funding becomes available before 30 Sep 2026; the government may also decide no award. The government intends to recommend award to one vendor only that can satisfy the entire requirement described in the attached statement of work. A site visit is scheduled for 0900 on 10 Sep 2026 at Goldwater Air National Guard Base, and vendors planning to quote must attend to be eligible. This is a 100% total small business set-aside.
