NO AWARD WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE BEFORE END OF GOVERNMENT FISCAL YEAR 30 SEP 2021 VENDOR QUOTES MUST BE GOOD THROUGH END OF GOVERNMENT FISCAL YEAR 30 SEP 2021 Additional information – the bollards are only used for traffic management – so crash rating does not apply as a technical requirement – also typical shallow installation per manufacturer’s instruction for bollards is sufficient except that hinged caps are not permitted – when bollards are not deployed for traffic management, then the receivers in the road shall be occupied by bollard blanks that permit traffic to ride over the holes and also prevent tripping hazards or debris accumulation in the receivers – there are no details or model numbers or photos of bollards suggested or supplied / Vendor may provide a suggested solution. AMENDMENT AS OF 15 JULY 2021 - NUMBER OF BOLLARDS TO BE QUOTED HAS INCREASED FROM EIGHTY (80) TO EIGHTY FIVE (85) - see attached revised overhead diagram with final numbers. Also, a site visit Question and Answer document has been added to help clarify the requirement.
