Work to be performed within NAICS code: 238330 size standard $15.0M. This project renovates a Vehicle Mainenance Bay Floor B40 GOLDWATER AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE PHOENIX ARIZONA. Remodel APPROXIMATELY 4,100 SQUARE FEET of the existing concrete floor. Current floor is concrete. Floor spalls repair and floor painting will be added to meet program requirements. The space being remodeled consists of MAIN VEHICLE MAINTENANCE BAY AND TANKER BAY floors B40 structural floor by repairing spalls as required, stripping and current sealant, and applying new oil and chemical resistant epoxy coating to the floor. Furnish all materials (FOB DESTINATION), labor, and tools, and supervision to perform project. Performance period is 15 days. Location is 161ARW, GOLDWATER AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, 3200 EAST OLD TOWER RD, PHOENIX, AZ 85034-7263. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse aquoter for any costs. A Request for Quote(RFQ) is contemplated IAW FAR part 12 Commercial and FAR 13. IT IS INCUMBENT UPON THE VENDOR TO ATTEND A SITE VISIT SCEDULED 25 AUGUST 2020 AT 8 AM LOCAL PHOENIX ARIZONA TIMEI. Once the RFQ is posted, it is the responsibility of the Vendor to obtain all necessary updates/amendments from BETA.SAM.
