This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the FAR and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, a vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 effective 16 March 2023, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) effective 22 March 2023, and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) effective 01 March 2023. Evaluation of the quote will be based on price only. Award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the lowest price to the government, while meeting the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted to Mrs. Devin Green at devin.green.5@us.af.mil, no later than the stated solicitation closing date and time. SOLICTATION CLOSING DATE: Thursday, 10 May 2023 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 10:00 AM CST Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 30 days after the solicitation close date. All inquiries or questions resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above no later than Wednesday, 26 April 2023. Description: The vendor shall provide inspection, maintenance, and service to 188th Wing Fire Department owned SCBA equipment including SCBA regulators and face pieces; for 50 (ea) MSA FireHawk M7 Responder 7-2180-1 SCBA. The service shall be completed at the 188th Wing in accordance with the PWS. Please see the attached PWS (Attachment 1) for full technical requirements. The 188 Mission Support Group Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for this service. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be 90-days after award in accordance with the PWS.
