This is a Sources Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 238990- All other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard intends to procure demolition services by award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Services are required by the contractor to provide all plant, labor, materials, parts, supervision, and equipment necessary to include but not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of approximately 21,830 sqft structure, to include concrete flooring and footing 2. Removal and disposal of all materials from the demo 3. Demolition and removal of additional 12,000 sqft of concrete surrounding area 4. Backfill existing site with topsoil and cover entire area with sod Contractor qualifications shall be submitted with the interest statement via email. Responses shall include the following: -Small Business status under NAICS Code 238990: HubZone SB, 8a, Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Woman Owned (WOSB). -DUNS Number -CAGE Code -Proof of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) -Relevant past performance with at a minimum of two references to substantiate and determine that Contractor is responsible based on previous contracts.
