A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 26 Aug 2020 at 0900 hrs. See SECTION 01000 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS on Solicitation for more information. Construction Contract for Project No. HKRZ220200, Razorback Range Extension of Water and Electric, Fort Smith AR. The requirement of this project consists of extending the water and electric service from already existing utilities for service to two Fold-Out Rigid Temporary Shelters (FORTS). Work will be done in accordance with the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is be below $35,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.
