Construction Contract for Project No. HKRZ192121, Main Ditch Drainage 188 AW, Fort Smith AR. The requirement of this project consists of remove and replacement of concrete roadway, install new drainage structures, install new sidewalk, and some various finish work.. Work will be done in accordance with the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.
