The opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside contract to repair, replace components, and recertify an Aircraft Live Fire Trainer, including its control station electronics, LPG distribution system, gas detection system, and ignition system. Performance will take place at the Regional Training Site, 188th Wing, Fort Smith, AR. The period of performance will not exceed 120 days from contract award. The completed trainer must comply with DOT/FAA Advisory Circular 150/5220-17B, NFPA 1403, and NFPA 1402. Award will be based on technical capability, past performance, and price, with non-price factors significantly more important than price.
