Description of requirements for the services to be acquired: Provide Civil Engineer Emergency Management Program Coordination, Assistance, and Training support for tasks located at 188th Wing CES/CEX, Fort Smith, AR; as well as projects assigned by the NGB/A4XD. The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0500-2200 on Sunday through Saturday. Primary service hours shall be 0600-1630 Monday-Thursday; when work schedule is required to be flexed to meet task completion needs schedules will be flexed, Except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at the 188th Wing, Fort Smith, AR. The contractor shall at all times maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility/installation is not closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are essential. These personnel are considered Mission Essential and as such will be expected to be at work in person. Teleworking is only authorized by installation commander upon coordination through the COR.
