This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. QUOTE DEADLINE: Wednesday 28 August 2024 no later that 4:00pm CST Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The government anticipates funding prior to 30 September 2024. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Set Aside: This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code:314910 This solicitation, W50S6P24Q9099, is being issued as a Request for Quotation for the requirement of one Large Inflatable Shelter system. The shelter system must inflate/deflate to support efficiency and manning requirements during a natural disaster. The shelter system must have a floor area of at least 600 sq feet in order to house personnel and equipment. In order to support air and ground transportation, the weight of the shelter must not exceed 500 lbs. Since the shelter system will be used during natural disasters and military operations, it must have the following features: Rapid Inflation (shelter deploys in 2-6 minutes) Shelter color must be tan or desert sand Include high wind tie-down Standard 110v inflator/deflator At least 20 anchor points Be at least 30' in length and 9' high Screen windows with covers Removable ground floor Deployable by 3 or less personnel Interior HVAC ducting Insulation and barrier for at least the roof panel Patient privacy curtain, at least 4x LED lighting system Stake kit with at least 6 asphalt stakes (includes mallet) SET ASIDE: This is a total small business set-aside. BASIS OF AWARD: Lowest priced quote meeting the requirements stated in this solicitation. Quotes will be awarded on an all or nothing basis. All equipment/specifications/supplies needed to meet the requirements must be submitted with the quote or the quote may not be considered. Accepted quote will result in a firm-fixed price delivery order and invoice(s) will be submitted via WAWF. See attached for provisions and clauses.
