Quote Sheet and Pricing: There should be two types of pricing submitted on the attached Price Quote Sheet. The HOTEL/MOTEL pricing which is the fair and reasonable cost of hotels/motels in the surrounding area and the FIXED FEE which is separate from that cost. That fee should be the cost of providing the service of reserving lodging for military members. For example: The room cost is $XX/per night/per person. The reservation fee is $X/per person/per reservation. If there is no fee then the fee will be $0. B. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 must be completed. If the proposed hotel “provides covered telecommunication equipment or services as part of its offered products or services to the Government” even as a subcontract, it cannot be used in the performance of this contract. C. Amendments: Offerors must acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation. Offerors shall acknowledge, sign, and submit all solicitation amendments with their quote. Amendment 0001: Corrects submission deadline to reflect 21 July 2021 at 11:00AM CST and attaches an updated PWS. NOTE: This is not a BPA for hotels. This is a contract for lodging reservation services; the awardee will be tasked with planning and reserving lodging for unit personnel during UTA/IDTs as stated in the attached PWS. The contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to provide commercial lodging for authorized 189th Airlift Wing (Wing) and Arkansas Air National Guard (AR ANG) unit personnel on Unit Training Assembly (UTA)/Inactive Duty Training (IDT) status only as defined in this PWS. Lodging is provided to Wing members on UTA Status at the Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB), Jacksonville, Arkansas, in support of monthly UTA training requirements. The Base Contracting Officer is the final authority for all matters pertaining to this agreement. The Government (189AW) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The purpose of this contract is to provide hotel/motel rooms and associated (authorized) services for the AR ANG in the local Jacksonville and North Little Rock, AR area while achieving the best terms, conditions and pricing. The physical address of any property for any requirement for lodging in the Jacksonville and North Little Rock must be within 15 driving miles of the LRAFB.
