A site visit will be held 29 Oct 2020 at 1400hrs in front of B308 at the ANG campus, LRAFB . If base access is required, please contact the POC below NLT three days in advance to ensure a gate pass can be aquired. The contractor shall be responsible for providing qualified personnel, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation and equipment to wash, repair, paint and apply decals/markings on two static display aircraft. The repairs the contractor shall be responsible for include corrosion and structural (dents, cracks, missing panels, etc.) repairs and the painting/decals of the two static aircraft as determined by the historical property custodian. The aircraft are located in Jacksonville, AR on Little Rock AFB (LRAFB), where all work shall be performed. The static display aircraft include the following: RF-101 and RF-84. The Contractor will submit, upon award and acceptance of a contract, a schedule to initiate washing, repair and painting operations and completion period for all stages of the work to be performed. Desired duration of work is 180 calendar days (due to weather) or less for completion of all work on all two static display aircraft. Upon receipt of the award, and within 30 days of acceptance of award, the Contractor shall establish a work schedule.
