Note: The response deadline has been extended from 10 Jun 20 to 17 Jun 20. The purpose of this project is to remove the mold in the HVAC system as well as hard and soft office surfaces by cleaning. Work shall include aggressive cleaning of the ducts, grilles, diffusers, and dampers of living/dead mold spores and hyphae. The outcome of the duct cleaning shall result in a condition 1 status in accordance with NADCA ACR 2013. See the attached solicitation for instructions and summary of the the requirement.
