Solicitation for B1502 Renovation
The contractor must provide all necessary resources to renovate building 1502, including remodeling 10 bathrooms, replacing 4 water fountains, and renovating a communications closet as the base bid. Optional work includes replacing carpet tile on the second floor (Option 1), replacing carpet tile on the first floor (Option 2), and renovating conference room lighting (Option 3). The work is defined by attached drawings. Please note that funds are not currently available, and no award will be made until funds are available. The government may cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offeror costs.
