Amendment #1 will incorporate RFI questions and answers. Renovate Communication Building 1109; Project Numbers: FAKZ162109. The 187th Fighter Wing intends to aw ard a firm fixed-price contract for construction to renovate communication building 1109, as per Specifications and Draw ings Dated 1 June 2021. Project Number FAKZ162109 will include the exterior renovation of the building, as well as the constructions of a new entrance vestibule. The Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000. This award is 100% set aside for Small Business. Funds are not presently available f or this contract. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and are w ithin an awardable range, award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conf orms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. This project will include the follow bid options. 1. Fluid Applied Roof Coating. The place of performance will be Dannelly Field Air National Guard Base, Montgomery, AL. All security requirements for working on a military installation will be followed. The contract duration is 270 davs after NTP. This proiect is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Your attention is directed to FAR clause 52.219-14(b)(4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offerer/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contact the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees". A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 07 February 2023 at 1000 hours Central Time for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Al. 36208-4824 Bldg. 1502 Wing Auditorium. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The site visit will be held following the conference Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit.
