The 187FW, Alabama Air National Guard has a requirement to provide secure fencing between building 1303 and the flightline. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed to install fencing as defined below: Contractor shall perform the following tasks to install secure fencing between building 1303 and the flightline.
