While working this update, we noticed that the file names for the two previous solicitation amendments #001 and #002 were incorrect. To address this, we removed both of the incorrectly named amendments and replaced them with correctly named amendments (SF30's). The correct file names for the previous two amendments are W50S6N-22-B-0001-0001 and W50S6N-22-B-0001-0002. The solicitation document itself is not changed. 19 November 2021 - This update corrects the bid opening date shown in the Contracting Opportunities announcement so that it matches the 10 December 2021 bid opening date reflected in solicitation amendment 002. 19 November 2021 - The purpose of this update is to post the amended solicitation, specification and drawing amendments, and a copy of the RFI Log. As part of this amendment, the Government is moving the bid opening date from 3 December 2021 to 10 December 2021. The time and location of the bid opening remain unchanged. See solicitation amendment 0002 for information on the nature of the update. 29 OCTOBER 2021 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS UPDATE IS TO POST THE AMENDED SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED SPECIFICATION ADDENDUMS. SEE THE SOLICITATION AMENDMENT (0001) FOR INFORMATION ON THE NATURE OF THE UPDATE. PURPOSE OF UPDATE IS TO UPLOAD RE-BID SLIDES AND ATTENDANCE ROSTER F-35 Simulator Facility Project No. FAKZ189019 and F-35 Base Supply Project No. FAKZ999088. The Alabama National Guard intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the construction of a new 19,000 square foot Simulator Facility and a new 39,000 square foot Base Supply complex built according to the Specifications and Drawings dated March 2021. This is a consolidated project that requires a contractor to provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, supplies, appliances, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary for consolidated construction. The Magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00. This award is 100% set aside for Small Business. A pre-bid conference will be conducted 26 October 2021, 2:00 pm Central Time for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Al 36108-4824, in the Building 1502 Wing Auditorium. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD. Interested vendors are highly encouraged to attend. A site visit will be held following the conference.
