The 187th Fighter Wing intends to aw ard a firm fixed-price contract for services, to repair hangar bldg.1201, as per Specifications and Draw ings Dated March 2021. Project Number FAKZ182352 w ill include the removal and replacement the buildings mechanical systems. The Partial removal and replacement of existing plumbing systems. The removal and replacement of the existing metal retrofit roof, hangar floor slab, and the modification of the electrical systems. The Magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 236210. The Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000. This aw ard is 100% set aside for Small Business. A pre-bid conference will be conducted 08 June 2021, 10:00 am Central Time for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Al 36108-4824, in the building 1502 Wing Auditorium classroom.
