Purpose of this change is to add additional attachments, 11 Feb 2020 Bid Site Visit, FAKZ162007 Drawings A2.2 Addendum No. 1 and RFI #1 Bid Period Responses This is an Invitation for Bid Solicitation Notice. 187 CONS, on behalf of the 187th Fighter Wing, Alabama Air National Guard, Montgomery, AL, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, facilities, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete Project FAKZ162007. FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, applies to this project. Funding is currently not available. Amendment 0001 is to include this clause. The 187 Civil Engineering Squadron has a requirement for an extension of the existing aluminum canopy and cement concrete paving systems at Bldg 1502, 187 Fighter Wing, Dannelly Field, Montgomery, AL. Vendor will complete all work in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings for this project. All work shall be warranted for materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of acceptance of completed work. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Period of Performance is 210 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. This action is a competitive, 100% HUBzone certified set-aside and only vendors with current HUBzone certification at closing date of this solicitation and in good standing with the Small Business Administration will be considered. The tentative date for the pre-bid site visit/conference is on or about Tuesday 11 February 2020 at 1300 hours CST (1:00 pm). THIS IS THE ONLY TIME A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD. All interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
