This project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and supervision to remove two existing backflow preventers and install two new ZURN 10” Model 375DA units at Building 700 in Birmingham, AL (35217). A site visit is scheduled for July 7, 2026, at 10 AM, and the total performance period is 120 days. The contractor must perform initial testing, provide official test reports, and ensure compliance with U.S. Air Force Quality Assurance procedures. All work must follow Unified Facilities Criteria and local security policies, with access requiring background checks and Antiterrorism Awareness Level I training within 45 days. Payment will be made monthly through the WAWF system, and no additional work is permitted without written authorization.
