INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BIDS. 117th ARW is looking for a contractor to replace the Dining Facility Roof Bldg. 391. This project encompasses the complete removal of the existing roofing system (roughly12,502sq/ft) at Bldg. 391 Dinning Facility, including shingles, underlayment, and related components. Remove and replace compromised deck to provide a sound and secure substrate for subsequent roofing repairs. A new roofing system will be installed. Magnitude of this award is between $100,000 and $250,000.
