NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The 117th ARW will award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for placing approximately 2100 SY of lexible asphalt pavement for a parking area located near the Pax terminal. The work is required at the117th Air Refueling Wing 5401 East Lake Blvd Birmingham, Alabama 35217. The contract duration is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310 which equates to a size standard of $45,000,000.00. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
