COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice incorporates elements of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The web address is https://sam.gov/content/home. Solicitation number W50S6M-22-Q-0002 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The Government has a requirement to replace the current security monitoring cameras across the installation. A complete description of the requirement can be found in the included specifications and plans provided by Seay Seay and Litchfield Architects. Period/Place of Performance: 150 days after Notice to Proceed, and additional time with award of bid options. An award decision will be made on price and price factors alone. Please follow these additional instructions to offerors when preparing your quote: Price the base bid and all options on the included SF 1449. Email the SF 1449 to jeffrey.farmer.2@us.af.mil and wade.edwards@us.af.mil no later than the due date on page 1 of the solicitation. **Note the email server may take up to 4 hours to process an email. Email quote in enough time to be logged before the deadline. A site visit is scheduled for 16 August 2022 at 10:00 am CST. All pre-bid meeting scheduling updates will be posted on sam.gov.
