Interested parties must coordinate in advance with the government regarding intent to attend and any required base access. For the high seismic zone, the contractor is solely responsible for ensuring all equipment, designs, and installations comply with applicable local, state, national, and military safety codes, building regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and manufacturer specifications. Specialized seismic-rated structural calculations, localized structural PE stamps, and building permits are not required as government deliverables, but standard floor anchoring and manufacturer-approved anti-tip mechanisms must be provided for a stable, securely anchored, and safe system.
