This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a request for quotation or solicitation. The government intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Alaska Channel Inc. for the production and annual placement of one full bus wrap on the Anchorage People Mover transit system in Anchorage, AK, to support the 176th Wing’s recruiting and community engagement mission. Alaska Channel Inc. is considered the only reasonable source because it holds the exclusive municipal contract for exterior advertising on that transit fleet. Interested parties must submit a capability statement proving their legal authority and technical ability to provide the exact same services on the Anchorage People Mover. The decision whether to compete the requirement will be based on the responses received.
