Repair O&T Building W50S6L-21-B-0004 The 176th Air Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract to repair the O&T building, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. BASE BID #1: Repair two storage rooms, room 127B, and construct a new closet. BASE BID #2: Repair JAG Offices. The magnitude of the project (including options) is between $25,000 and$100,000. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer is required. The total Construction duration is anticipated to be 60 days after notice to proceed for the base bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This will be a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 30 July 2021, and the actual date/time of closing will be identified in the solicitation.
