This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for awards if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range ** Construct 176WG ADS Training Pad The 176th Air Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, invites you to the Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction of a concrete foundation pad and associated support work for a Relocatable Simulator Shelter (RSS) at the 176th Air Defense Squadron, 176th Wing Campus, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. This solicitation is for a base bid item, and two option items. See attached Statement of Work and SF1442 for details The magnitude of the project, to include optional bid items, is between $250,000 and $500,000. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer is required. The total Construction duration is 270 days after notice to proceed.
