This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN 0001 QTY: 9 EA, ALL or SOME quantities may be awarded KC-135R Engine Cover Set (4 covers per set) Covers must be: “Tambourine” type, for R-Model, CFM56 Engine Made from cold weather black polyester attached to a foam padded tubular stainless-steel frame that double folds to 56” X 24” x 4”. Include personalization of engine covers with aircraft tail number (to be provided at time of award) and graphics. An example is included as Attachment 2. A POC will be provided at time of award for final details. Covers will include a pin & hinge mounting set that includes a 3/8” in diameter & 3 7/8” in length attached to a 7.25” in length & 5 inches in height hinge to secure the cover onto the engine. Covers must attach to points on the engine nacelle at the 3 & 9 o’clock. See provided combo and attachments.
