This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2 Sets of KC-135R engine intake covers (4 per set), “tambourine” type, R-Model, CFM56 Engine, made from cold weather black polyester attached to a foam padded tubular stainless-steel frame that double folds to 56” X 24” x 4”. Personalization of engine covers with aircraft tail number (to be provided at time of award) and graphics (to be provided). Inboard covers will have the 168th Polar Bear facing the fuselage with the State of Alaska graphic on the outboard covers. Covers will include a pin & hinge mounting set that includes a 3/8” in diameter & 3 7/8” in length attached to a 7.25” in length & 5 inches in height hinge to secure the cover onto the engine. Covers must attach to points on the engine nacelle at the 3 & 9 o’clock.
