Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of a Base Civil Engineer Pavements and Grounds Facility and associated utility corridor facility by utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. Special Construction Requirements: provide a pre-engineered steel-framed structure with metal panel walls and a metal standing seam roof. Provide insulated overhead sectional doors, a small hoist, and compressed air. Install utility metering and connect to Direct Digital Control System. Work also includes demolition of the existing distribution lines and supporting facilities. Remove Asbestos Containing Material and lead paint within the utilidor system and manhole. Approximate facility size is 8,000 SF. Site visit will be held 24 February 2023 at 10:00AM on Eielson AFB AK. Base access requests and attendance notification is due 22 February 2023.
