This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a computer based employee survey tool for users of the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies workforce. A list of the Software (SW) Requirements is attached to this solicitation as well as the SF 1449. The proposal shall include a thorough description of each of the SW requirements of the survey tool. Award will be based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Proposals shall be submitted to Jolynda Ivy at jolynda.v.ivy.civ@army.mil.
