This opportunity is directed as Other Than Full and Open Competition, per 10 U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), and available only to Lockheed Martin Hypersonic Engineering and Accelerated Technologies (LM HEAT), CAGE Code 5D177, under solicitation W50RAJ-24-R-0004. The Army RCCTO plans to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee Contract for the Weather Anlysis and Survivability Prediction (WAASP) software. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate to only one source. Therefore, this is not a request for competitive quotes, and a written solicitation will not be issued to any company other than LIC. The estimated period of performance will be 31 May 2024 through 31 Decemeber 2024.
