The U.S. Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a Request for White Papers (RFWPs) with the intent of awarding one (1) Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) IAW 10 U.S.C. § 2371b. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information are eligible to submit a white paper. Please refer to attached Request For White Paper (RFWP) document for additional information. Amendment 0001, dated 15 March 2021- Government POC information has been updated. Amendment 0002, dated 23 March 2021- The Government's responses to the questions received from the RFWP posting are being provided. See attachment.
