This amendment also updates the attached requirements decription PDF to include the number of users. No other changes were made. Request for Quote (RFQ): The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) has a FY 25 requirement for Spring Framework 5.3 maintenance support. See attached pdf with full requirement details. As a result of this posting, the Government anticipates issuing a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract consisting of a base year and one option year. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable selection criteria will be used to determine award. Quotes are due no later than 28 March 2025 at 2:00 p.m. eastern.
