This attachment includes FAR clauses that will be incorporated in the contract. Please take note of clause 52.225-1 - Buy American Act. This attachment includes a 6-month delivery requirement. Delivery must be made within 6-months of contract award. This amendment also extends the RFQ closing date until January 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Request for Quote (RFQ): The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) has a requirement for a 30k Forklift. The need for a heavy lift forklift is inherent when moving tanks and other armored vehicles that NGIC has in its inventory. See attached document requirement specifications. Responses to this Request for Quote (RFQ) are due no later than January 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. eastern. Responses should be sent to bradley.w.morris4.civ@army.mil.
