The Contractor shall teach students to understand the digital landscape, procurement of tech, use of virtual machines, security of mobile devices, use of tech when traveling, and operational planning to incorporate technology. Participants are exposed to the theories and fundamental processes associated with secure commercial communications and will gain an understanding of the methods required to procure, install, and operate commercial communications systems effectively and securely to protect their identity, location, and content. Training must include intense practical exercises and demonstrations to support learning. Course will be held at the vendor's facility, or a facility coordinated by the vendor, that meets all criteria of the PWS. This RFQ is for three (3) courses, and each course is for ten (10) students. Courses shall not exceed ten (10) days in legnth.
