The contract is an 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside for unarmed access control officers and security escort services supporting HQ INSCOM G2 missions at HQ INSCOM and all subordinate commands within the United States. The work includes controlling and monitoring access of personnel and equipment for all INSCOM Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), verifying required clearances, ensuring equipment/materials are properly marked, and escorting un-cleared personnel. It will be awarded as a performance-based Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor Hour (LH) contract line items.
