This pre-solicitation notice announces that the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal, on behalf of INSCOM, intends to issue an RFP for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Architecture IT Contractor Manpower Equivalent (CME) Support, formerly known as Integrated Geospatial Intelligence Enterprise Architecture. The anticipated contract is a 5-year Time and Materials long-term contract covering holistic IT services and related logistic, programmatic, training, and management support for GEOINT operations. The planned level of effort is 30 full-time equivalents plus up to three surge FTEs, with most performance expected at Fort Gordon, Georgia and additional locations including Honolulu, Hawaii; Wiesbaden, Germany; Vicenza, Italy; Republic of Korea; San Antonio, Texas; and Colorado Springs, Colorado. The solicitation is expected to be posted in 2 to 4 weeks, and proposal submission will be through the PIEE Solicitation Module, where offerors are encouraged to register early and obtain the appropriate access/user roles.
