The purpose of this draft solicitation is to gain industry feedback for clarification questions. GENERAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) anticipates a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 541990. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is R423 – Support-Professional: Intelligence. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support to the Data Capabilities Division and its diverse customer base as defined in the PWS.
