This acquisition has been changed from sole source to 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation document was amended to include Local Narrative ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS in Section A.2; Amendment 0001 was included in this narrative. The solicitation document contains clauses FAR 52.219-6 and FAR 52.212-2. The original solicitation document was removed 28 September 2021; please use the updated Solicitation W50NH9-21-R-0050 U0001. ACC- Detroit Arsenal (6501 E. 11 Mile Rd, Warren, MI, 48397) intends to solicit and award a standalone Firm Fixed Price supply contract for a quantity of 225 Safe Set II telephones to include the following: 600153-1SD Safe Set II (TSG Approved Analog Featured Rich Telephone) with Standard Handset (200198) Speakerphone disabled TSG#: TSG-NC-30-2016 The NAICS for this acquisition is 334210 and PSC is 7G20. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Please ensure to complete provision 52.204-24 along with the other provisions within the solication document and return the filled out provision with your response.
