The U.S. ACC-I, on behalf of the HQ INSCOM Assistant Chief of Staff (ACoS) G2 CSD intends to procure a non-personal services contract for Access Control Officers and Escort Control. A single award (SA) IDIQ, with five ordering periods anticipated as a 100% small-business set aside limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, supervision, uniforms, equipment, licenses, certifications, and state and local permits necessary and non-personal services necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This PWS provides security support services for Access Control Officers and Escorts for the HQs INSCOM and all subordinate commands within the United States. Services include controlling and monitoring access of personnel and equipment for all the INSCOM Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) as it relates to ensuring personnel have the required clearance and equipment/materials are marked properly. Additionally, services include providing escort services for un-cleared personnel.
