This solicitation is being issued for a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL 3D scanning system as described in both the attached system-generated solicitation and the list of Salient Characteristics. Please comply with the due date/time listed herein. Please note, delivery is due 30 days ARO (actual date TBD) and award of this purchase order is expected to be made within 5 days of the closing date. The 902 MI GRP has a requirment for a FARO 3D scanner and associated materials for on-site support. The required 3D scanner is a commercial-grade FARO Quantum E MAX 2.5m 7 Axis scanner that provides rapid prototype 3D scanning capability. Please complete and return pages 3 thru 10 of the attached, conformed, system-generated solicitation. Be sure to read that document carefully along with Amendment 0001 and follow any and all instructions. Use of the attached original document is not mandatory but highly recommended. Quotes generated on company letterhead/pre-printed forms will also be accepted. If another form is used, all system components listed on the system-generated solicitation *must* be included in the quote or it will be deemed "non-responsive."
