Service contract for Custodial Services for the INSCOM Headquarters Nolan Building and four (4) other facilities (buildings1812, 193 711/712 and 766) on Fort Belvoir. A single award for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods, anticipated as a 100% small-business set aside limited to eligible 8(a) concerns.Commercial custodial services include routine cleaning, trash removal, carpet vacuuming, floor moping and window cleaning. These services are required in unclassified and sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIF). These services are required on a daily basis. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, uniforms, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform custodial services as defined in the PWS for various locations. The contractor’s personnel, performing work under this contract are required to possess and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access at the time of proposal submission, and maintain this level of security for the life of the contract.
