This requirement is for 85 hotel rooms, 1 Conference Room, 3 Meeting Rooms, 340 Meals, and 86 parking spaces in support of the 165th Airlift Wing's Strong Bonds event. The purpose of this amendment is to re-solicit the requirement due to participation difficulties w ith the previous amendment’s dates. The new period of performance is Thursday, July 15th through Sunday, July 18th, 2021. The desired area for this event is the Augusta or Jekyll Island (Georgia). The PWS has been revised. Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. EST Wednesday, 9 June 2021.
