This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for IMAGE QUALITY INDICATORS use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Only one authorized supplier, NDT SUPPLY.COM INC, has the material/technical ability to ensure a uniform compatibility and performance to match previous supplied blankets in the same systems. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
