Capable of spraying 3/16” zinc/aluminum (85/15) alloy material, 85 ZINC/15 ALUMINUM 136 LBS/62 KGS (431 FT2 @10MILS), deposit efficiency: (70%), Air consumption: 90-110 PSI at 60 CFM, ½” IPS connection, 6 roll power drive, emergency stop(s), hardened feed rolls (Rc60), sealed bearing inlet guides, automatic wire tensioning, sealed amphenol fittings, direct connect electrical connections, all aluminum frame, digital meters, sealed feed roll bearings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION REQUIRED PRIOR TO AWARD: The MCAAP Engineering Support Division will validate and verify/approve the contractor’s listed equipment concept before award is granted. In order to meet this review requirement, the offeror shall submit with their proposal a detailed technical description of the thermal arc system. The offeror’s description submittal shall account for each one of the required product features located in this qualifying statement. Submittal line items shall be in the same order as the required features in the qualifying statement. Conceptual drawings that are not detail “as built” drawings are recommended but not required for submittal with the detailed description. Approval drawing(s) is/are requested. 3D models requested, can be in native Solidworks format, IGES, and/or STEP within two weeks after award.
