The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to furnish, deliver and service up to 4 (four) dumpsters for 3 (three) locations. Dumpster service includes emptying all trash and debris and maintaining units. The number of dumpsters required for each month is included in the schedule. One 8-yard dumpster will be placed outside of the Maintenance Yard compound year-round. One 8-yard dumpster will be placed outside the Power Plant year-round. Two additional 8-yard dumpsters will be provided from May-September each year - one will be placed outside of the Maintenance Yard compound and the other will be placed in the Laurel River Lake Picnic Area. Laurel River Lake is located approximately 17 miles West of Corbin, Kentucky and 20 miles South-West of London, Kentucky. The official solicitation will be posted on 24 March 2022. USACE Nashville District intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for this requirement. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this Notice. The plans and technical specifications for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance.
