This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Vendors must have active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Certified DoD contractors can request drawings by emailing tamela.d.riggs.civ@army.mil with their CAGE Code; drawings will be sent via encrypted email or the DoD SAFE site.
