Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a two-step, sealed bid solicitation for a radio test set (AN/PRM-37) using a Firm-Fixed Price, five-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract with a potential two-year extension. The government estimates procuring a minimum of 20 units and a maximum of 10,500 units over the five-year base period, but is only obligated to purchase the minimum quantity. Detailed delivery requirements will be established in the second step of the bidding process.
